A job done rather well !

A recent installation of a new Canon iRC2380i for an existing client, (who will remain nameless for this blog) in London, EC3A and the move of their existing iRC3080i to a satellite Office within the Lloyds Building went particularly smoothly. So impressed were they with the way that DMC handled everything, they made the following comment in an email :

The engineers were great on the day and it’s refreshing to have people just turn up and ‘do the job’, a rarity these days.

So well done to Matt and the Team and to the Service Dept. who 'plugged everything in' as this is praise indeed from a high-profile, growing business.

Canon accreditation news!

Congratulations go to Derrick Brown and Andy Page, the first two engineers from DMC to achieve the Canon Solutions Level Accreditation.

There are around 4 or 5 other technicians very close to achieving the same standard, with the aim being to have everyone accredited by the end of 2010.
